Hello, I just bought a costume and dye ticket because I thought I could dye the costume. The Dye Ticket tooltip just said "dye a costume," and for some reason I cannot dye the one I bought. Is it possible to get a refund on the dye ticket and costume?
sadly you would have to open a ticket for this issue, any marketplace purchases can be refunded if i am not mistaken.
in the ticket include the characters name who purchased it with a date and time if you know it to make it easier on them whenever they get to it.
(must have been bought off the marketplace, and they must be able to find a record of it)
