Says 230k mining proficiency to open. At 2880 per day (i think that is right) thats roughly 3 months of nothing but spending all labor on mining every single day. I think they forgot to adjust this for the fact we no longer p2w labor potions.

Weekly compensation labor potions.
Daily Halcy labor potions.
Daily labor recovery through sleeping.

Yes there is a daily quest which you get from an npc in your main city or fs for example, that wants you to participate in the golden plains battlefield and use the item that grants 10 leadership.
any arena master gives the quest, it is the "golden plains" one
you need 4k gear score to get in via instance menu
anyway... for one account you can get
2880 regen
1000 + 1000 from 2 halcys (main + alt)
350 + 350 from sleeping with pajamas, (100 wicker bed, 4x50 pajama parts, 50 pajamas set bonus)
1000 + 1000 every second? day from mistsong aka Kadum instance bud this one is hard and you need 6k gear score
and we are getting 7 labor pots per week so without mistsong you can get
2880 + 350 + 350 + 1000 + 972 + 951 per day for 2x20 min in halcy + 2x10 min sleeping
3 months isn't really that big of a deal.
