    I heard it helps to mention your ticket here. I submitted a ticket on November 21st and would appreciate a response. Send me a message and I'll provide the ticket/request number or you can look it up via my Email attached to this account.

    @everyone else

    I know there are a lot of people who have pending tickets (many over a month old), but the twitter gods said it helps to mention your case here so here I am.

    Average response time is around 26 days to 42 days. If you don't reply or make double posts on the same issue, you should get a reply within that time frame.

    that's the slowest support team i've ever heard of in my entire gaming career. shameful for a 25$ product
