Ok, wanted to try to be funny so commented on above. They have had some glitches and all going on but it's interesting that it's random who does and doesn't have issues. Sorry to hear you had the archepass glitch occur. Unfortunately guess means you had to reroll/change quest or go get that extra xp to cover the deficit. Hopefully they'll get it figured out.
Just an FYI, they've been trying to get to tickets and have been paying attention to the forums. They don't always respond to people but they get stuff done. For example, little while ago I posted about how a certain item wasn't translated and I provided the translation. They have since updated that in the game. In addition, I had sent logs to them showing how a couple hops have been having severe issues with latency. They then posted to let everyone know they are aware of issues, responded to my email saying forwarded to people who can do something with it, etc.
Unfortunately, they are a month or two behind on a lot of things but they're trying. Not sure that makes anyone much happier but just saying they are making some progress, for what it's worth.
