Regarding Unintended Completion of Season 2 ArchePasses
There was an issue that was discovered after EU came online and season 2 of the ArchePass began, which could result in a player using an expired ArchePass Booster to complete one of the new ArchePasses. This issue was quickly identified and has been prevented from occurring further, as these boosters expired the day prior to the new ArchePasses being released. A total of 14 accounts were found to have made use of this unintended mechanic, which was not something that could be done without the intent to bypass the timer, and have been permanently closed due to bypassing the expiration timer. We appreciate the vigilance from players in reporting this issue as quickly as they did.
