The scheduled weekly server maintenance will be on Thursday the 6th of February, the downtime is expected to last 6 hours

The times for this maintenance are as follows:
EU 9:00am UTC on 6th of February [COMPLETE]
NA 8:00am PST on 6th of February

Patch Notes:
• The Snowball Arena Coins can be exchanged for rewards in Mirage Isle at the Festival Gift Exchanger until February the 27th
• The Speedboat and the Steambike Designs have been added back to the Gilda Star Merchant
• An issue was fixed where players were unable to use a summoned pet or mount in an instance.

*Update:
Due to additional steps taken during the maintenance, we have to increase the expected downtime from 4 to 6 hours.
We'll let you know once there is new information to share.

Are the AA NA servers down?

I can connect to AA EU and AAU but not AA NA.

For AA NA in the Glyph Client I get:

"There was an error downloading version information. Please try again in a few minutes. (Error #1016)"

I have been seeing that for at least 30 minutes so far...

First report on Server Down Detector was 5am this morning (about 45 minutes ago):
