    Poor customer service

    Over 3 weeks waiting on a reply about an a issue with my account, auto responder doesnt count as a reply, does not a happy customer make in my opinion.

    same in here they not answer and they remove online customer service thing so its impossible to recover my account

    I stopped playing trion/gamigo's games for this reason and a few others. Like when they have a "sub-issue" with AA: U and they take over $500 out of your bank account without consent. Which is a lie because AA:U doesn't have a sub-service. Then Almost missing rent payments because support doesn't want to respond over 3 weeks for a regent issue that was caused by them. It took me over a month to get the full refund that they owed me. So yea support is really bad compared to their past service.
