[AAU] Furniture based proficiency boosts fail to provide labor reduction

At some point, the labor reduction provided by the furniture based proficiency boosters stopped working. So you may, say, have 50k prof from the boost, but you will still get charged full labor cost.

In the above image, I should have had a 10% reduction in labor cost for having > 40k, but instead I had none.

Other sources of proficiency boosts correctly reduce the labor cost when pushing you over a threshold.

What is your rank in Leatherwork? The labor reduction is based off of BOTH the rank of the proficiency and the number. If you have rank amateur or novice and 40k from Dawnsdrop and furniture you still are limited to the 0% max labor cost reductions of that rank that you are on. For example if you're master you will get 10% reduction until you hit 50k+ proficiency because that is the threshold in master that gives you the new bonus for that rank.
