Attempted to purchase a second lunar scarecrow farm with diligence and it didn't work? still took currency.
Am I missing something? Or should I attempt to get this resolved with a ticket.

You can't get a second lunar farm -> that worked as intented
However, it should have only given you an error message without taking the diligence coins.
I hope you made a screenshot of the failed purchase, because you need to make a request to get your diligence restored and having proof makes it a lot easier.
