I have noticed an increase of bots lately, maybe they just relocated but this needs to be fixed! It destroys the economy and it's not fair.

Please report them in the game as well as create tickets with unedited screenshots on the support website

I have reported in game and nothing happens! Also, I am not going to take screenshots and write a ticket as nothing will happen anyway! Thats just a waste of my time. Shouldn't Gm,’s do this anyway? The only way is to create a ticket. I do have good experience in support and when you write nice and polite the ticket response will be there. As for a GM and an in game police... I don´t think it is needed as reporting is existent. Same as for the sexual, rassist and discriminating comments you can read in chat sometimes. Just report it.
Mining bots worked weeks in same spots without any bans. I reported them many times but its totally useless. Nobody check that reports. That is only "visual effect" in game.
You should try to report them in discord maybe.
I like to take the bots for rides.
Drop them off by a fish barrel.
Watch them fill up their inventory with fish.
