    Um there is a way to fix this capacity issue, why didnt you build servers that were meant to be high capacity servers? or buy server storage space as some companies do? I know servers back from 2000 that are still holding their water for over 10million people its called Runescape.....

    Ocho, Just wondering what authority or power do you have with Trion, or ability to implement changes?
    Or are you just employed to monitor posts and post comments like "we'll keep it in mind".
    Reference all the steps you mentioned earlier, any idea on the timescale to put these in place?

    I'm a Senior Community Manager, my direct manager is our CEO. I'm not a dev, so I can't fix things directly, but my advice is often listened to (when it's a good idea anyways). Timescales are hard, I'm not a tech guy. I could guess, but it would be a bad guess and that's bad communication.
