This is no longer the case and it is sad that what appears to us as the worst mistake committed on the game for two years (the new calendar of events) happens just when the competition comes back strong with many MMOs Promising and on topics close to those of AA.

See you December 10 for a new start or farewells
No change for the timer of events in Europe.
So we stop Archeage as we have already said.
Thank you for those two years of fun.

    Ummmmm. What?

If you work 9-5 PST you only get to attend OC of the listed events (Unless you count Diamond Shores war as a real event.)

If you work 9-5 Alaska time you only get to attend OC of the listed events as well unless you really want to wake up for the early morning MM at 6am(Winter) and 7am (Summer). Alaska timezone is an hour later than regular PST. So these changes are even worse for Alaskans.

Hawaii is an hour later than Alaska so it's going to be a stretch for them to even attend OC.

In Melbourne every worthwhile event on there falls between 3am and 4pm. Very considerate of the working Australian.

Brazil... ok. I can see that. But you've completely shafted the entire west coast, Alaska, Australia and Hawaii. How can you possibly defend this schedule as being good for any of those regions?

You're pandering to the east coast, and east coast based timezones exclusively. Please don't play us for fools. We can line up your schedule with a world time clock map.

If you wanted to be considerate to all the regions you said you do you would have more evening / late night events which is what PST/Alaska/Hawaii/Australia need. It's not like a 4th Mistmerrow or making Abyssal/Kraken/Dragon fall later in the day on certain days of the week is going to break the game.

The most frequent time people are going to take part in leisure activities such as gaming is 6PM to 10PM. Please line your schedule up with this period of time in the timezones you SAY you care about.

Some of the NA Event timers are basically too early for NA players.
Firstly, i would like to say that "North American" servers need to have events happening that is suitable for North American players.

If you are a player playing on the North American server then you signed up knowing that you will have to play odd times of the day which may not be convenient for you.
Noting that, Trion should not be making changes to accommodate ALL time zones, you will never satisfy everyone and you are displacing your North American players.

I am only suggesting minor changes to the prime time events which most NA players will attend as most work or go to school.
For events during the prime NA time: 4 pm pst - 9 pm pst (which will still be accessible to East coast 7 pm est - 12 am est)
    Here is my recommendation

Abyssal Attack (Tues., Thu., Sat.) -- 3:30 PM PDT / 6:30 PM EDT

Lusca Awakening -- 4:00 PM PDT / 7:00 PM EDT

    Mistmerrow Conflict, Battle 3 -- 6:00 PM PDT / 9:00 PM EDT

Kraken (Tues., Thurs., Sat.) -- 6:30 PM PDT / 9:30 PM EDT

Delphinad Ghost Ship -- 6:30 PM PDT / 9:30 PM EDT

Red Dragon (Wed., Sat.) -- 6:30 PM PDT / 9:30 PM EDT, stays for 12 hours before despawn

Battle of the Golden Plains (Halcyona), Battle 2 -- 7:30 PM PDT / 10:30 PM EDT

    Ocleera Rift, Wave 2 -- 9:00 PM PDT / 12:00 AM EDT

Why is Mistmerrow at a different time than Kraken/DGS/RD? - making it 30 mins earlier would allow the player base to attend both MM and then the other main events.

Also a MAJOR change would be to have DGS spawn twice a day:

1st DGS spawn should be earlier in the day perhaps 8:30 am pst / 11:30 am est
2nd DGS spawn 6:30 pm pst / 9:30 pm est

European Schedule (Times listed in UTC & CEST)
Call me stupid I don't really care but I wish they would post ingame times or make the ingame calendar easier to understand because I find it hard to know the timezone time difference I'm GMT and play on both servers.

Many events occur round the clock, to accommodate the players from different time zones. Abyssal and Lusca events are held only once, on assigned days. Could additional times be added? Open world events are lots of fun. Please try to hold these events more frequently for all to enjoy.
