    Move on, it's gone. They will probably not waste time fixing the exploit in order for a few people to claim who missed out originally. The only hope would be a ticket and a manual award but you will wait a very very long time so start with the idea you won't get it at all and if by some miracle you do it's a bonus.
    I've started to support global warming in the hope that it will melt all the snowflakes...

    This guy is right. Move on. Ticket is not an option unless you want an answer in 2020. Just uninstall and find something better to play, where individual players counts.

    Since we won't be able to resolve the issue with missing packs via the forums, please submit a ticket. The wait time for a response is definitely much longer than we'd like, but the support team will follow up with everyone in time.

    We're closing this thread since we want to make sure we are gathering all the reports of lingering issues in a single location for the support team to investigate. We're very sorry for the long wait times, but we'll get in contact with anyone who submitted a ticket as soon as we can.
