    UCC errors

    I've been living with this for months and tried a few fixes, to be honest though its doing my head in now and anyone with a working fix would be greatly appreciated.

    The issue:

    No custom crests show on anything. My own crests on ships, other peoples crests, painting, blocks, absolutely no custom content is shown. However other people CAN see my crests. The first time I summon anything with a crest of my own or when I hover over any memory ink crests in my inventory I get the message " Loading UCC " in the middle of my screen. Any further times I hover over a memory ink or summon something with a crest on it from my inventory I get the message "Success!" in the middle of my screen.

    I don't know if its related but my sound and SOME UI settings reset every time I logon. Any help appreciated, anyone else has this?

    Ive been hanging fire for a few patches with this error, hoping something fixed it, but it doesn't look promising!

    Hey there Esox! Sorry for the trouble. Here's something you might want to try:
    1. Close ArcheAge and Glyph completely
    2. Navigate to C:\ArcheAge\Documents\USER\UCC
    3. Delete the 'down' folder
    4. Restart Glyph and ArcheAge
    If that doesn't work, contact our CS team directly so they can assist you further. Hope this helps!
