    How many people is this studio to come up with such a idiotic ideas? like 3 people I'd say? This is is pure incompetence and simplicity.

    See? archepass is coming and with it the first issue "LET'S EXTENDE THE MAINTEINANCE" F**** YEAH

    New missions include:
    Kill 500 of monsters regardless of zone (lvl 30+)
    Kill 100 of hostile players
    Kill 10 Higher Grade Monsters
    Use 4000 Labor
    Earn 2000 Vocation Badges
    Earn 2000 Honor Points
    Socket a Lunagem
    Earn 1 million experience
    Do 2 Blue Salt Bond Quests
    Temper Equipment 5 times
    Synthesize Equipment 5 times - This mission tracks the overall times an item is synthesized, not how many items are used as synthesis experience.
    I feel like some of the missions have some big issues.

    Kill 500 mobs, vs just 10 higher grade monsters? Why the large difference? Overall not bad but kind of sucks for those mainly doing vocation and early levels that aren't participating in hiram daily raids.

    4000 labor pretty much anyone can do passively, overall good mission. 2000 Vocation & Honor are both nice too and encourages people to interact more with the systems in the game. Same goes for the 2 Blue Salt Bond Quests.

    The big issues start with the missions that involve upgrading gear.

    Let's start with the lunagem one. It encourages socketing trash lunagems into your gear. You could argue that you can socket the 'better' lunagems, however, this can be costly. Take the honor point lunagems as an example: 7000 honor, which is 5000 more than the previous mission, not to mention the gold fee to socket it. Then there's the people that have completely socketed their gear. At that point, you're just encouraging them to socket for the sake of socketing some random trash gear with trash lunagems.

    Continuing on, synthesis. This can be very easily exploited prior to hiram with adventurer's eventstones for little to no cost. On the contrary, those already with hiram have to spend large quantities of gold to do the exact same thing. Also again, it's not sustainable once the gear is fully synthesized.

    Tempering is pretty much inaccessible prior to 55+.

    Earn 1m xp & kill 100 hostile players is just a ridiculous grind by comparison to all the other missions, which favors people that are already ahead, as well as, DPS focused classes. Unfair to tanks and healers that typically have lower dmg.

    Overall these missions are terrible, imbalanced and even outright unfair. The majority are also focused on gear progression and level grinding, which is only one aspect of the game. No missions trade run or crafting focused at all??? 2 Family dailies and you're done?

    Just my 2 cents
